• Full-time Sporting Director tasked with recruiting and training coaches, assisting training and development of student-athletes, identifying potential opponents (including possible out-of-state opponents) and building relationship with collegiate and profession scouts and coaches to increase student-athlete exposure

• Club level coaching for free

• Possible out-of-state competition for top teams

• Competing at the highest classification in Idaho
