While Brabeion is "Idaho's 1st Public School of Sport", academics are critical to our mission.
Our education model is parent-centric believing that parents should be in the driver's seat of the children's education. In support of parents, our model develops students to become critical thinkers and problem solvers. Our staff focus on student growth and everything we do must align with the question, "How will this improve student achievement?"

What is Core Knowledge? Core Knowledge is a content-rich curriculum fostering deep understanding through engaging, standards-aligned lessons.
At Brabeion Academy, we use Core Knowledge Language Arts (CKLA) for K–8 ELA to build strong literacy and critical thinking with diverse, thought-provoking texts. Core Knowledge Science (CKSci) ignites curiosity with hands-on, phenomena-based explorations, encouraging students to question and investigate real-world scientific challenges.
Both curricula promote Socratic discussions and cross-disciplinary connections, empowering students to excel academically and develop a lifelong love of learning. By grounding education in rich content and inquiry, Core Knowledge equips our students to claim their victory in mind and future. Learn more.
